Onsite Splicing, Rubber Lining and Engineering

Applied Conveyor headquarters in Auckland as well as Oamaru have onsite teams that are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Each team member has experience in the conveyor belting field and has recieved adequate qualifications and training to execute jobs according to the Fenner Dunlop standards. Independent operators that represent Applied Conveyor are also available throughout the country to offer onsite splicing services. They are all capable of belt splicing, rubber linings, drum laggings and general engineering work.

We are able to manufacture a range of conveyor pulleys for drive, tail and snub application. Furthermore, we are equipped to lag these with hot or cold rubber or ceramic laggings. We are also capable of manufacturing Conveyor idler frames and other conveyor components.
